职责描述
- 1.根据产品图纸，制作钢、铝制品相关工艺文件（下料工艺、焊接工艺、组装工艺），监督现场执行情况。
- 2.新产品工艺评估，核算成本价格。
- 3.生产现场工艺改善，提高生产效率。
- 4.负责样品报价，下发及跟进生产，协同技术工程师完成样品制作。
- 5.指导解决生产现场出现的各种技术问题。
- 6.完成领导交办的临时工作。
任职要求
- 1.机械制造工艺、钣金、焊接等相关专业，有焊接工艺制作经验者优先考虑。
- 2.专科及以上学历，15年以上相关行业工作经验。
- 3.有较强的现场处理问题能力，精通数控剪切、折弯、焊接、装配等加工工艺。
- 4.熟练使用office办公软件，Creo、AutoCAD、CorelDRAW/AI等绘图软件。
- 5.积极向上，身体健康，吃苦耐劳，善与人沟通，具有较强的团队合作精神。
Role and responsibilities
- 1.Issue steel, aluminum product process chats (Cutting process, welding process and assembly process) according to product drawings, and supervise the on-site implementation
- 2.New product process assessment, calculate product cost based on the actual demand
- 3.On-site production improvement, enhance productivity
- 4.Responsible for sample quotation, issue and follow up production, cooperate with technical engineer to complete sample production
- 5.Guide and solve various technical problems in production site
- 6.Complete the temporary work assigned by leader
Requirements
- 1.Major of mechanical manufacturing process, sheet metal, welding and other, person with welding process manufacturing experience is preferred
- 2.College degree or above, more than 15 years working experience in mentioned industries
- 3.Strong ability to deal with problems on site, proficient in CNC cutting, bending, welding, assembly and other processing technology
- 4.Skillfully use office software, Creo, AutoCAD, CorelDRAW / AI and other drawing software
- 5.Positive thinking, good health, having hardworking spirit, good communication skills, excellent team-working

任职要求
- 1.30-40岁，男女不限，10年以上制造业工厂工作经验，5年以上质量管理经验，有工厂内多部门工作经验者优先考虑。
- 2.具有较强的沟通和协调能力，既可以作为团队领导者带领团队完成任务，也可以作为团队成员支持项目成功完成。
- 3.对ISO体系有较深入了解，接受过系统的体系知识学习，持有ISO 内审员证书。
- 4.熟练掌握质量数据分析工具的使用。
- 5.会使用质量分析工具对品质问题进行分析和改善。
- 6.了解精益的概念和工具的应用。
- 7.熟悉制造业工厂的各部门工作流程和基本工作内容和方法。
- 8.全日制大学本科及以上学历，熟练的英语听说写能力。
Role and responsibilities
- 1.Take charge of the maintenance, compiling, revising and management of group system documents, and arrange annual internal and external audit and management review
- 2.Respond to and deal with customer quality complaints and conduct effective data analysis, and push factory to implement reasonable and effective improvement measures
- 3.Execute the audit task assigned by the company leaders, and be able to find the potential and hidden risks in the process and management during the audit
- 4.Effectively collect and analysis quality data of factory operation
- 5.Audit and supervise the implementation and effect of quality improvement actions of each factory
- 6.Audit supplier quality issue and correct action tracking
- 7.Complete the temporary work assigned by the leader
Requirements
- 1.30-40 years old, male or female, more than 10 years working experience in manufacturing factory, more than 5 years quality management experience, Cross function experience in factory is preferred
- 2.With strong ability in communication and coordination, can not only lead the team to complete the task as a team leader, but also support the successful completion of the project as a team member
- 3.Deep understanding of ISO system. Have received systematic ISO knowledge training, and have owned ISO internal auditor certificate
- 4.Acquire proficiency in using quality data analysis tools.
- 5.Can analyze and improve quality problems with use quality analysis tools
- 6.Know LEAN concept and knowledge, problem solving with LEAN tools
- 7.Familiar with the work process and basic work contents and methods of manufacturing industry
- 8.Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English listening, speaking and writing
